Policy Details:
I only accept returns under special circumstances so please read this section carefully.
- If you drink the tea and experience an allergic reaction
- If you accidentally ordered the wrong tea blend
- If you realize the herbal remedy does not work as intended for you
Please return all of the unused portions of your order that seem to have caused the reaction. I can either refund you the money or make you a replacement of another tea blend. Your choice. You will have to front the money to send it back to me, but once I receive the package, I will refund you your money + reimburse you for the return shipping. Unfortunately, I'm not a billionaire like Bezos and cannot afford to refund you without you actually having to send the product back.
****Unfortunately, if you simply don't like the taste, have changed your mind, or the person you gifted it to doesn't want it, I cannot accept returns for you at this time.
